My appointment with Caroline Reeve has been the single most positive action I’ve taken in trying to sort out my scalp psoriasis which has been plaguing me for over a decade.

I had previously researched some products but, at the time, decided against them due to the mixed reviews. Caroline ‘dumbed down’ the process for me by explaining that the products weren’t suitable for everyone and that the ones she’d suggested were appropriate for my diagnosed concern and that they’d help restore some of the weaker hair I have – she helped me to make informed decisions about the solutions to my premature hair loss… always providing encouragement throughout.

Caroline was the first professional to actually examine my scalp thoroughly using a tool designed for the purpose, which meant she could get a clear picture of it and see what she was dealing with. Caroline was also able to talk me through scalp psoriasis and help me to understand it better. She used good products (Mediceuticals) to fully clear my scalp.

I really wish that GPs could make referrals to trichologists because had I seen Caroline a couple of years ago instead of a general dermatologist, it may well have saved me two years of discomfort and the horror that I would eventually start getting bald patches as my hair was getting so thin in places!
